Agreement

By accessing or using AltiorCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using AltiorCRM, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Creation

To use certain features of AltiorCRM, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our services or other users.

Subscription Plans

AltiorCRM operates on a subscription-based model. The super admin sets subscription pricing, and tenant admins pay the specified amount to access the platform.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. After 15 days of non-payment, we may terminate your account and delete your data.

Permitted Use

You may use AltiorCRM solely for lawful business purposes related to customer relationship management, sales tracking, inventory management, and team coordination.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Platform Ownership

AltiorCRM, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into AltiorCRM. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about AltiorCRM become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AltiorCRM, you consent to such collection and processing.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 90 days, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Service "As Is"

AltiorCRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltiorCRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AltiorCRM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations • Any data or content you submit to the platform
